Jacobsonova progresivn\u00ed relaxace spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v systematick\u00e9m nap\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed a uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed vybran\u00fdch sval\u016f. Vych\u00e1z\u00ed z toho, \u017ee stres se hromad\u00ed ve svalech.
