O biosaun\u011b<\/h2>\n

Saunov\u00e1n\u00ed je \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l obl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed aktivitou v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, a proto i u n\u00e1s jsou nab\u00edzen\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy saun. Vedle tradi\u010dn\u00ed finsk\u00e9 sauny to jsou infrasauna, parn\u00ed sauna, such\u00e1 \u010desk\u00e1 sauna bez pol\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed kamen\u016f a biosauna. P\u0159edstav\u00edme si posledn\u00ed jmenovan\u00fd druh.<\/p>\n

Biosauna je kombinac\u00ed parn\u00ed a finsk\u00e9 sauny. Je ur\u010den\u00e1 v\u0161em, kte\u0159\u00ed nemohou uveden\u00fdch dvou druh\u016f saun u\u017e\u00edvat ze zdravotn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f, ale je i pro ty, kter\u00fdm zkr\u00e1tka p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e1 teplota v saun\u011b nevyhovuje.<\/p>\n

Biosauna v\u00e1m nab\u00edz\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed teplotu, a to okolo 60o<\/sup>C. Vlhkost vzduchu je tu 30 – 60%. To je podobn\u00e9 jako v parn\u00ed saun\u011b. Ve finsk\u00e9 saun\u011b je vlhkost ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Pobyt v biosaun\u011b se doporu\u010duje po dobu 10 – 15 minut. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na individu\u00e1ln\u00ed sn\u00e1\u0161enlivosti. V\u017edy se \u0159i\u010fte podle toho, jak se c\u00edt\u00edte. Pokud v\u00e1s p\u00e1l\u00ed sliznice \u010di se jinak c\u00edt\u00edte nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b, saunu opus\u0165te. Po \u010dase v pot\u00edrn\u011b n\u00e1sleduje stejn\u011b jako v klasick\u00e9 saun\u011b ochlazen\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i saunov\u00e1n\u00ed v biosaun\u011b se poj\u00ed s mnoh\u00fdmi pozitivn\u00edmi \u00fa\u010dinky. Nejl\u00e9pe p\u016fsob\u00ed na kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed syst\u00e9m a na horn\u00ed cesty d\u00fdchac\u00ed.<\/p>\n

I kdy\u017e d\u00edky ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed teplot\u011b v biosaun\u011b je saunov\u00e1n\u00ed umo\u017en\u011bn\u00e9 n\u011bkter\u00fdm lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed by se ze zdravotn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f nemohli saunovat ve finsk\u00e9 saun\u011b, p\u0159esto tu n\u011bjak\u00e1 omezen\u00ed jsou.<\/p>\n
